How much is the deposit?

The deposit is £40 per person. This secures your place on the tour, with the remaining balance payable at a later date.


Can I pay in instalments?

Yes! We offer flexible payment options. You can pay as much or as little as you like, as often as you wish, provided the full balance is paid at least 4 weeks before departure.


Can I choose a seat on the coach?

On most of our tours with excursions (where the coach stays with you for the duration of your holiday), you can choose your seat at the time of booking.

When booking online, seats are automatically allocated as the first available seats on the coach.

For our Blackpool Express service, seat selection is not available. However, we are happy to request seats near the front of the coach for passengers with disabilities or limited mobility—please let us know when booking.


Can hotels cater for my dietary requirements?

Most hotels are able to cater for special dietary requirements. Please inform us at the time of booking, and we will pass your request directly to the hotel.


Can I bring a mobility aid on the coach?

You are welcome to bring a walker or a folding wheelchair on the coach. Unfortunately, we are unable to carry electric mobility scooters due to the health and safety requirements of our coach operators.


Do you sell travel insurance?

We do not sell travel insurance. However, we do offer cancellation cover, which protects the monies you have paid (excluding deposits) in the event of cancellation.
